Mix the above ingredients together and add the pork chops to your marinade mixture. Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. Fire up the grill! Grill pork chops until edges are crispy and interior temperature is 145°. Rest the pork chops for at least 3 minutes once you take them off of the grill. Serve with rice, veggies (grilled vegetables are wonderful!), and a glass of Riesling.
